AIRA offers FEP/PFA Lined Plug Valves, fully lined and quarter-turn non-lubricated, specifically engineered for corrosive applications. The locked-in liner and advanced molding techniques allow safe operation under higher pressure and vacuum without risks of liner collapse, shrinkage, stress cracking, or blowout. Offers excellent sealing performance.

05 – Unmatched Sealing & Bi-directional Zero Leakage: Primary PFA seal with 360° body contact, ensures zero in-line or atmospheric leakage. Offers tight shut-off, compression seal (upstream & downstream), and dual sealing at both plug and stem, outperforming conventional ball, butterfly, gate, and globe valves.
