AIRA offers FEP / PFA Lined Valves specifically designed for highly corrosive applications such as Chlorine, Benzene, Sulphuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, and Sea Water. These valves are built using virgin-grade resin and thick fluoropolymer linings to deliver superior resistance to chemical corrosion, absorption, and swelling.

Features & Benefits
1 – Upper Stem Bushing: Acetal (standard) or PTFE (optional) bushing, retained by a stainless steel ring, absorbs actuator side thrusts.
2 – Upper Stem Seal: Prevents contaminants from entering the stem bore.
3 – Body Construction: Two-piece wafer or lug style, epoxy coated; meets ASME Class 150 / DIN 3840 flange standards (24" is double flanged).
4 – Bearings: PTFE-impregnated steel bearings for precision alignment of upper and lower stem.
5 – Blowout Proof Stem: Machined shoulder creates a positive stem-to-disc connection during assembly.
6 – Primary Seal: Achieved through interference fit between wide disc hubs and contoured seat.
7 – Seat Design: Special seat geometry lowers seating/unseating torque and reduces wear on contact surfaces.
