Aira offers high-performance stainless steel 304 rotary actuators, specifically designed for corrosive environments. These rack and pinion rotary actuators are available in both single-acting and double-acting configurations and are engineered to comply with the ISO 5211 standard, ensuring easy and quick mounting. With a 90° rotation mechanism, these actuators are capable of generating torque up to 1069 Nm. The actuators operate efficiently with a standard air supply pressure ranging from 4 Kg/cm² to a maximum of 8 Kg/cm².

The body and end caps are investment-cast using CF8 (304) or CF8M (316) stainless steel, while the pinion and fasteners are made from AISI 304 or 316. Maintenance Recommendations

Periodically check all fasteners for tightness.
Supplied pre-lubricated; no further lubrication required.
For spring-return models, replace springs as a full set when fatigue occurs.
Under heavy-duty or incompatible conditions, inspect and replace internal seals as needed.
