02 – Corrosion Protection: Uses low porosity FEP/PFA liners as standard; all cast parts feature an epoxy-based coating to protect against permeation-based corrosion attacks.
03 – Locked-In Liner: Virgin FEP/PFA lining applied via transfer molding, locked into the casting with dovetail-shaped recesses and cast holes to resist shrinkage and blowout. Spark tested per ASTM D5126 standard for quality assurance.
