Aira Euro offers a high-performance Gear Operated 2-Piece Design Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve with PTFE seats and Inconel spring-loaded trunnion mounting, suitable for both hollow and solid ball options. This valve is flanged (150#) and engineered to handle demanding conditions across industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Water, and Process Industries.

Specifications & Standards

The valve is designed in accordance with API 6D and BS EN 17292.
Face-to-face dimensions comply with API 6D and ASME B16.10 for pressure classes 150#, 300#, and 600#.
End connections are as per ASME B16.5 standards.
Size Range varies from 2” to 20” with flanged ends.
It is suitable for a temperature range up to 180°C when using PTFE seating.

Compatible media include air, water, oil, and gas.
