Manufactured using virgin grade resin and thick fluoropolymer linings, these valves ensure exceptional resistance against corrosive chemical effects, absorption, and swelling.

Features & Benefits
1 – Upper Stem Bushing: Acetal (standard) or PTFE (optional) bushing retained by a stainless steel ring, absorbs actuator side thrust.
2 – Upper Stem Seal: Protects stem bore from environmental contaminants.
3 – Body: Two-piece wafer or lug style, epoxy coated, complies with ASME Class 150 / DIN 3840 flange drilling; 24” is double flanged.
4 – Bearings: PTFE-impregnated steel bearings ensure precise alignment of upper and lower stem.
5 – Blowout Proof Stem: Machined upper stem shoulder ensures positive stem-to-disc connection through press-fit assembly.
6 – Primary Seal: Achieved via interference fit between extra wide disc hubs and contoured seat.
7 – Seat Design: Unique geometry reduces seating/unseating torque and minimizes wear on contact surfaces.
