180° Double Acting Pneumatic Rotary Actuators

Aira Pneumatics offers Double Acting Pneumatic Rotary Actuators with 180° rotation, ideal for applications involving multi-way valves such as 3-way and 4-way ball or plug valves. While traditional quarter-turn valves (e.g., ball, butterfly, and plug valves) only require 90° rotation, multi-way valve systems require a full 180° rotation for optimal performance.

These actuators are designed for remote valve operation and are also available in single acting (spring return) versions with 180° rotation capability. Their robust design, efficient air consumption, and ISO-standardized mounting ensure easy integration and long-lasting performance.
