AIRA offers FEP / PFA lined valves designed for consistent performance in highly corrosive applications such as Chlorine, Benzene, Sulphuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, and Sea Water. Made from virgin-grade resin with thick fluoropolymer linings, they offer superior resistance to chemical effects, absorption, and swelling.

Features & Benefits
1 – Upper Stem Bushing: Stainless steel ring-retained bushing absorbs actuator side thrusts; made from Acetal (standard) or PTFE (optional).
2 – Upper Stem Seal: Prevents environmental contaminants from entering the stem bore.
3 – Body: Two-piece wafer or lug style, epoxy coated, meets ASME Class 150 / DIN 3840 flange drilling standards (24” body is double flanged).
4 – Bearings: PTFE-impregnated steel bearings ensure precise alignment of upper and lower stems.
5 – Blowout Proof Stem: Machined shoulder ensures secure stem-to-disc connection via press-fit.
6 – Primary Seal: Interference fit between extra-wide disc hubs and contoured seat ensures a tight seal.
7 – Seat Design: Optimized seat geometry reduces seating/unseating torque and wear on contact surfaces.
