Aira offers robust and reliable Stainless Steel 304 Rotary Actuators specially engineered for corrosive and demanding industrial applications. Featuring a rack and pinion transmission system, these actuators are available in both single-acting (spring return) and double-acting versions. Built to comply with ISO 5211 standards, they allow quick and convenient mounting, making them ideal for a wide range of valve automation solutions.

With a standard 90° quarter-turn rotation, these actuators can deliver torque up to 1461 Nm, ensuring powerful performance under demanding conditions. Operating air pressure ranges from 4 to 8 Bar (4–8 Kg/cm²), suitable for most pneumatic systems.

Maintenance Guidelines

Supplied pre-lubricated—no additional lubrication required.
Periodic inspections are recommended to ensure fasteners remain tight.
On spring-return models, springs may require replacement over time due to fatigue—always replace springs as a complete set.
For heavy-duty or abnormal environments, internal seals should be checked and replaced if necessary.
