Engineered for multiple on–off applications to provide reliable bubble-tight shut-off throughout its lifespan. The smart design delivers high quality and rugged performance with bidirectional sealing across its pressure range. Available in Wafer & Lugged design with 150# and 300# pressure capabilities.

  • Ends: Modular design allows easy spare management with all soft parts interchangeable in Wafer, Lug, and Double Flange designs. Lugged with drilled lug or UNC tapped threaded lug.
  • Class: Pressure class 150# / 300# readily available in stock.
  • MOC: Standard materials such as stainless steel and carbon steel are in stock. Higher alloys like Duplex, Aluminium Bronze, and Hastelloy can be made to order.
  • Sealing Option: Self-energised seat available with various seating options such as PTFE, RTFE, CFT, etc., depending on application.
  • Interchangeability: Valves designed with ISO 5211 top mounting and can be easily interchanged between Handle, Gear, or “aira” Pneumatic Actuators.
