The SAY-SA Series heavy-duty Scotch Yoke actuators from aira Pneumatics deliver exceptional performance across a wide torque range — up to 116,984 Nm. Engineered to operate ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, dampers, and any device requiring a quarter-turn movement, these actuators are ideal for both on-off and throttling services.
The standard symmetric yoke design provides maximum torque at both ends of the 90° cycle. A square sliding bearing with a guide bar ensures smooth stroke, minimal wear, and long cycle life. As with all aira actuators, the Scotch Yoke series comes equipped with a complete range of accessories, including jack screws, hydraulic overrides, limit switches, solenoids, and positioners.
