CCM & CCF Pneumatic Cylinder

The CCM & CCF Pneumatic Cylinders by Aira are designed with a compact and square-profile aluminium barrel, making them space-efficient and ideal for various automation applications. With bore sizes ranging from 32mm to 100mm and piston rod diameters from 12mm to 20mm, they support short strokes between 10mm to 80mm. These cylinders offer both magnetic and non-magnetic options, equipped with Buna–N / P.U. / Hi-Nitril seals and Viton available on request for high-temperature operations. They function reliably within a pressure range of 0.5 to 10 kg/cm² and temperatures between 5°C to 60°C. The end covers are aluminium pressure die-cast, and the mounting options are extensive, including clevis, wall bracket, trunnion, foot, flange, and more. These cylinders are cost-effective, high-performing, and reliable solutions for compact automation systems.
