1 – STEM: Standard stainless steel stem offers corrosion-resistant durability. Stem protector included for rising stem actuators to guard against dust during open position.

2 – GATE: Standard AISI 304 stainless steel gate polished on both sides for optimal sealing. Fully guided in body for bi-directional service. Other materials available on request.

3 – PACKING: PTFE-impregnated synthetic fiber with EPDM O-ring ensures tight shutoff. Accessible packing gland and optional long-life braided packing in various materials.

4 – SEAT (RESILIENT): Innovative elastomer sleeve with slotted design for smooth gate travel. Supported by two seat rings that also guide the gate. Available in multiple materials.

5 – YOKE OR ACTUATOR SUPPORT: EPOXY-coated steel for rugged performance under harsh conditions. Stainless steel available on request.

6 – BODY: Wafer-style cast monoblock with reinforcing ribs and full port design. High flow capacity with minimal pressure drop. Flush ports available for cleaning trapped solids.

7 – EPOXY COATING: Electrostatic-applied epoxy on cast iron & carbon steel bodies ensures corrosion resistance and smooth finish. Standard aira color: RAL-5015 Blue.
