1 – STEM: Standard stainless steel stem ensures corrosion-resistant longevity. Stem protector included for rising stem handwheel actuators to safeguard from dust in open position.

2 – GATE: Stainless steel gate polished on both sides to prevent jamming and seat damage. Bottom edge is beveled to slice through solids, ensuring a tighter seal. Thickness/material customizable for higher pressure.

3 – PACKING: Long-life packing with multiple braided fiber layers and EPDM O-ring. Easy-access gland for a tight seal. Available in various materials.

4 – SEAT (RESILIENT): Mechanically locked elastomer seal secured with stainless steel retainer ring. Standard EPDM; optional materials include Viton, PTFE, etc.

5 – YOKE OR ACTUATOR SUPPORT: Made of epoxy-coated steel (stainless steel on request). Compact and highly robust for extreme conditions.

6 – BODY: Wafer-style monoblock with raised faces and reinforcing ribs for strength. Cast-in wedges and guides improve sealing. Full port design ensures maximum flow and minimum pressure drop.

7 – EPOXY COATING: Electrostatic epoxy coating for corrosion resistance and smooth finish. Standard color: RAL-5015 Blue.
